Pre-Schools

Piggott has 2 pre-school programs: ABC (Arkansas Better Chance) Program which has 54 slots in Clay County and the Head Start Program with132 slots in Clay County.

K-12

The Piggott Public School System is fully accredited by the North Central Association of Secondary Schools and Colleges. The system is rated A by the Arkansas State Department of Education. All high school students follow either a College Prep curriculum or a Tech Prep curriculum. Starting salary for teachers in Piggott (BSE with no experience) is $21,450. GED courses are available in Piggott through the local adult education center.
